In the fast-paced world of global finance, a well-designed office plays a vital role in ensuring comfort, security, and seamless communication.

​

This 8,000 sq ft office located at The Center in Central was created for an international financial services firm. The design balances functionality with elegance, offering a refined yet highly efficient working environment.

​

Every detail was carefully considered, from the placement of audiovisual systems to the integration of multiple computer networks. The challenging triangular floor plan was turned into an advantage through smart spatial planning, high-quality finishes, ergonomic furniture, and custom-built solutions.

​

The layout remains flexible, allowing parts of the office to be reconfigured or leased as the company grows. Departments are strategically arranged to enhance workflow and collaboration. For security reasons, the trading desk is positioned at the core of the office, ensuring controlled access.

​

An open pantry area provides a practical space for busy staff to take short breaks while staying connected to live market updates displayed on large screens.

​

The final result is a modern, efficient, and refined office environment that supports both performance and comfort.
