Payment Schedule

Design Fees & Payment Transparency

We openly disclose our design fees for public reference to ensure full transparency.

Under the Traditional Design and Project Management model, fees are fixed from the outset, with no additional charges or hidden costs.

This model is divided into three to four payment stages, similar to an instalment approach. These typically include a deposit, followed by second and third (or final) payments, aligned with project progress.

 

Clients may pause or stop the service at any stage, providing greater flexibility and stronger protection of their interests.
