TIA Home Design
“ A high-quality renovation of a 3,000 sq ft Peak apartment, completed within a tight budget and timeline. Minimal intervention, maximum impact—integrating custom finishes with the client’s cherished furniture and art.”
This 3,000 sq ft apartment on The Peak was renovated to a high standard within a tight budget and timeline. Designed for a French expatriate family, the goal was to refresh the home while keeping the renovation light and efficient, as the property is rented.
The design focused on achieving maximum visual and functional impact with minimal structural changes. High-quality finishes were carefully selected, including oak timber flooring throughout, custom-made kitchen cabinetry, and marble finishes in the main bathroom and two en-suite bathrooms.
The family’s cherished B&B Italia furniture and artwork were shipped from their previous home in the UK and thoughtfully integrated into the new layout. Special attention was given to furniture placement and lighting design, particularly in the challenging dining area and entrance hall with their irregular proportions.
The project was completed three weeks ahead of schedule, exceeding the clients’ expectations and delivering a refined, comfortable home with a distinctly personal touch.
