“A Beacon Hill residence combining elegant materials with smart home technology. Layered textures, celestial-inspired ceilings, and panoramic Kowloon Tong views create a refined yet futuristic living environment.”

Located on one of the most prestigious residential sites in Kowloon, this Beacon Hill home enjoys uninterrupted views across Kowloon Tong, open skies, and drifting clouds. The homeowner envisioned a refined living space that blends elegant design with advanced technology.

Smart home systems were fully integrated to control air-conditioning, audio-visual equipment, curtains, and lighting — all accessible remotely via smartphone. Adjustable LED ceiling lights allow flexible mood settings throughout the day. Bathrooms are fitted with the latest smart sanitary ware, including tankless toilets for a cleaner, more efficient experience. An independent security system was also installed in the son’s bedroom, ensuring privacy and safety.

Design-wise, layered wall finishes add depth and sophistication, combining warm walnut surfaces with Italian Class A Snow White stone. The ceiling draws inspiration from the universe and the Northern Stars, symbolising blessings and harmony for the family. In the dining area, a garden-inspired glass feature pairs beautifully with a bespoke solid-wood, tree-shaped dining table imported from Italy. Carefully placed mirrors further extend the stunning Kowloon Tong views into the interior, blurring the boundary between inside and out.
