TIA Office Design

“ A museum-inspired office design for a Japanese investment company, blending curated art displays, advanced technology and refined material details to create a professional yet expressive workspace.”

 

This office was originally designed while the designer was working as a senior designer at another firm, and later fully remodelled by TIA.

​

The design concept is inspired by a museum setting, reflecting the client’s passion for collecting ceramic antiques. Upon entering, a striking “tree root” artwork marks the main entrance, symbolising the company’s name and its foundations.

​

Throughout the office, custom-designed display walls were created to showcase the client’s antique collection. Each exhibition box is crafted from black hairline stainless steel, carefully paired with non-reflective materials and controlled LED lighting to ensure the artworks remain the focal point without glare or light spill.

​

The office also features a high-spec videoconferencing room, thoughtfully designed with lighting control, sound insulation and acoustic absorption to support seamless communication. Trading desks are fitted with premium German DAS systems, while blue branded carpeting and curated artworks bring identity and cohesion to the space.
