This residential project is defined by clarity of layout and precise proportion, bringing the living and dining areas together as a structured yet open shared space.

​

According to the floor plan, the living and dining zones occupy the primary area of the unit, forming a straightforward and efficient circulation path. A full-height TV wall with integrated shelving consolidates storage, display, and equipment into a single elevation, maintaining visual order and spatial depth.

Material selection focuses on grey stone surfaces, light timber finishes, and subtle metal accents. Rather than relying on colour contrast, the design uses texture and material transitions to create a calm and rational atmosphere. Segmentation of the TV wall, combined with concealed lighting, enhances the perceived width and openness of the space.

The dining area remains visually connected to the living zone, with a linear dining table and feature pendant establishing a clear focal point without disrupting continuity. Layered lighting — combining recessed fixtures and feature luminaires — supports different activities throughout the day.
